"In Case of Emergency"

I have been working on the above mentioned quest for 2 days now. Maybe
I'm doing something wrong.

To refresh your memory, it requires collecting 30 zeppelin parts from
Southwest of Honor Keep in Hellfire.

I have been scouring the area and have collected a total to 3 pieces.


THe first time I went through I found no pieces. The second time I
went through and found one. I spent several hours of grinding the area
and got 2. (At least I got a about 50 Knothides in the process).

Do these things just not respawn? Or am I looking in the wrong place.
I have been going from the wreck north of the pilot to the ditch where
the "ghost" guards hang out.

You have GOT to be looking in the wrong place.

The spot to look (wide area) is centered on a point straght south of the
'D' in Honor Hold and straight west of the 'Z' in Zethgor.
