Post subject: Cantinas

In a current game I'm playing the Aczanny. In a test game 100 Cantinas
produced 100-200 Contra each turn using host 196. Now under host 197 at
my HW no Contra is produced since 5 turns. Has there happend a change in
the cantina formulas?
