Post subject: Call of Duty 1 problem

i just got a new computer with vista and i installed CoD 1 and when i updated the PB multiplayer patch to 1.5, it really starts lagging on every PB server i join and 10 mins into playing, it disconnects me from the server and says: You were kicked via punkbuster (0 minutes): every time. i uninstalled it twice and it still does that. The patch starts out with 1.3 and i tried updating it in order ( 1.4 then 1.5) but it didnt work. Is it because i have Vista?
