CT_Mod and a couple of problems

I use CT_Mod among a few others and I have two annoying problems with
it..

Firstly I like having the bars at the bottom of the screen but I have to
turn on both the blizzard bars and the CT_Mod bars or the 3rd utility
bar (I.e. pet bar/druid forms/stealth etc) ends up behind the top bar
and not above it as it should. So the icons I use in the bar cover the
pet bar up. The only way to get around this it seems is to switch on
both the CT_Mod bars AND the Blizzard bars which is OK. But it's
slightly annoying that I can see two different bars when dragging across
my icons.

The other issue with CT_Mod is with the Self Cast key assignment. I set
ALT to be my self cast key but it simply doesn't seem to work at all -
it still doesn't work if I set it to CTRL or SHIFT. Do I have to assign
this somewhere else?
