CTMod problem

Ok, I've had CTMod (or bits of it) installed for months, and in all that
time I didn't know that it was the mod I keep seeing in screenshots which
gives proper info on the health of the targetted mob, because it's never
offered me an option for it.

On talking to a friend I found out that I should have options in the menu
for Player Stats and Target Stats, which ought to do things I want... but
they aren't there. I've downloaded and installed the entire default
package, no luck. I've deleted all the components and reinstalled it, I've
disabled every other addon I have in case of conflicts, I've even renamed
my CTMastermod.lua, to force it to make a new one. Nothing, except my
interface is now messed up and crowded with all kinds of changes I don't
want and will have to mess around for ages to undo.

Can anyone out there tell me how the heck I get this thing to give me
stats? I'm out of ideas...

It is the Unit_Frames (or sth like that) option.
