Ive done a lil bit of research on this,,, do i want this or not

I know you have to ahve PC Halo, wich i do, but will it screw with that
or is it okay to use?

It's ok; doesn't affect halo pc at all. You can even uninstall hao pc and
still run ce.....but both versions will use your unique disk key number.
