Just joined the group, so apologies if this has been asked before.
Spoilers below:
I am playing the second level of TR1 Gold, Temple of the Cat. After
entering the area of the first secret (the cage with the mummy), I have
come across a magnum clip that is buried in the wall at the far end. It
is in the right-hand wall of the top step.
Googling, I have found only one web page referring to this, and it
offers no solution.
While standing on the top step (where the other mag clips are lying),
turn Lara to face toward the right wall (such that the cat tiles are to
her left). Use Look to move the camera to look toward the cat tiles,
and the mag clip appears inside the wall in front of her.
Does anyone know how to get at this clip?
I am playing from a "Gold" CD on DOSBox 0.70 in Windows XP Home.

This is a video bug. That magnum clip is outside in the sandy area where
the boulders roll down towards Lara as she moves around to pick up objects.
One of those objects is the magnum clips. After picking them up, go back
down and to the end of the tunnel and you can verify they no longer show

Firstly, thanks for the replies.
I've spent several days searching the northwest corner and the lower
level. I haven't found any pickups anywhere that I had missed, and the
clip still appears to be buried in the wall.
I've gone so far as to spend whole nights panning the camera around in
various locations (concentrating on the northwest corner as far south as
the pit with the two shotgun shells) in an attempt to get the clip to
appear, even if it were inaccessible. Still, the only place I've been
able to put an eyeball on it is where I originally spotted it (at the
far end of the cage as shown in the previously linked screen shots).
I have searched this area until I'm dreaming about it, now.  )
Any other ideas?

On my system, I can longer see that object from there. I have to move
Lara back a bit, down the steps, and up one step from the end to see the
ammo through the wall. In addition, I can see the same object outside
the secret path, while approaching the hole to climb out, again about
from the same distance away. While approaching the object, it's becomes
clear that the object is pretty far away and not just next to that wall.
It's elsewhere in the game. I'm also seeing other distant objects
through walls when viewing walls from a long distance.
I remember the one you're talking about, but with Glidos 1.36 and current
ATI 7.6 Catalyst drivers, running on Windows XP, I'm not seeing stuff in
