Hi. I've finally purchased and connect Xbox Live. Is there any way to
browse the internet using the console and Live functionality? I think PS3
has this option... what about for Xbox?

Not yet.
MS usually has a couple big updates a year so you never know.

You can install Linux on a 360 if it has older firmware. Otherwise,
no.
