Broken mod, but which one?

Another solution to this, which has worked for other mods as well as
auctioneer to avoid this problem is to embed the addons into the original
tool tip using the command /addon-name embed on
Works a treat for me. i found the updated EnhTooltip only solved it for some
of the addons that use it, not all.

Hm, haven't seen it yet. What I did have, is that the Auctioneer tooltip
pops up over the ingame tooltip for items in the bottom half of my screen.
There is, however, I link to an updated version of EnhTooltip (which comes
with Auctioneer) which fixes the problem on the Auctioneer homepage.

Try disabling first one and then the other and see if the problem
disappears. This way you can narrow it down. If it doesn't, go through your
addons, one by one, disabling it and trying to see if the problem persists.
Lengthy and annoying but the only way I can think of to find the offending
one.

You could also try posting the list of your addons, maybe someone here
recognises a potentially problematic one if it is listed here...
