Brallion's Ring

Okay, I'm doing the Bal Molagmer quest for Brallion's ring. Went to
Sadrith Mora, asked for him at the marketplace, was told he was in
Fara's. No sign of him either upstairs (only Fara, Falena Hlaren
[trainer] and Tolvone Sarendas) or downstairs (only Ridena Othren
[trainer] and Tedril Vandram). I'm a Khajiit with Night Sight active,
so I'm definitely not missing Brallion in the gloom.

The north and west wings of the Gateway Inn are the only places in
Sadrith Mora I've killed anyone (can't have witnesses when I'm poking
around in crates, sacks and baskets for alchemy ingredients , so it's
not too likely that I killed him accidentally...

Am I screwed now for the Bal Molagmer quests?

Woops. It's Fara herself, of course, that's the upstairs trainer. My bad.
