Um ! The house is cursed !! I cant convince the previous owner to lift the
curse. He wont listen no matter how much I charm him !

1) How do I enlist the previous owner to lift the curse?
2) Where do I go to change the name on the deeds? ( ive been all over)

Thx in advance..

Did you find the object in the Living Room that made the loud crashing
noise?

Well buggerit. When I talked to the guy, he fell over himself
apologizing and we went back to Anvil post haste.

I wonder if your character's Personality attribute is limiting how high
someones Disposition to you is. Maybe a combination of a Personality
Boosting potion, maxing his disposition with the Speechcraft mini-game,
then using a Charm spell. That might do the trick.

At worst, the two of you will get hitched and start shopping for
furniture.

Make sure you have the note in your inventory when you ask him to go back to
Anvil with you. When I did this quest, I read the note, but forgot to pick
it up, and when I found him in Imp City, he refused to go.
