Is a way to out a bot from a vehicle with a 100% reliability?

The going up to a vehicle and pressing 1 works, but not with the good
vehicles (destroyers, battleships, heavy tanks) all the time.

I also hate it when I'm on my tank trying to shoot a plane down,
and some bot jumps in and starts driving.

Or when you're an engineer and you're trying to repair a tank, jeep,
helo.

Blowing them up and then waiting for the ship to respawn works well.
