From the White Wolf LiveJournal's "sneak preview 2008" entry:

"VTES will also be represented this year, with Blood Shadowed Court
and new play mats appearing in early Spring, the Twilight Rebellion
tournament deck in late Spring and a big Camarilla-based supplement
heading to stores after August."

Play mats are neat. The big Cam supplement in the fall is great news.
But what do you suppose the tournament deck is?

Except that it means no new Anarch set.

I think something like the Players' Kit (which is really a Newbie
Kit), but with a 'standard' precon. Including the mentioned play mat,
edge marker, counters, etc. Perhaps a way to do some more reprinting,
this time of library cards that are hard to get.

Or, come to think more about the title ("rebellion"), the deck could
be Anarch based.

My guess is an Anarch storyline tournament deck, somewhat like Nergal or
the Cultist deck.

Yeah, I'm gonna go with James on this one and guess it is probably a
Storyline deck, like Nergal or Cultist.
