well, those druids seem to have died out some time ago. I can't remember
meeting any BE druids now anyway except the one in Bota.

well, I can't see BEs being the "normal" kind of shamans, but if you
take an identical approach to their paladins (i.e. normal shamans should
commune with the elements to get their spells, BE shamans would just
*rip* the knowledge and power from the elements) I can't see why not.
then again, nearly the same could also be said for humans (can't see why
they shouldn't be hunters, druids or shamen). Actually even without
perverting some power.
While NEs do have some fear from "arcane magics", they could easily
adopt shamanism, maybe even paladins.
Gnomes I can't see on the "healing/nature/holy" side, they seem to be a
bit too technical minded.
Dwarfs, hmm. They seem to be rather down to earth types, so I can't see
how to give them mages or warlocks. But then again, they have priests
doing higher magic which should open up this. Being down to earth would
rather fit with druids & shaman, although their tendency to rip open the
earth might be a slight deterrent there.
Draenei can't certainly be warlocks, but the rest could be easily
explained. Except for rogues if you're averse to huge rogues.
Orcs can be shaman, so I'd guess druids would be right up their tree
also. Mages are a kind of warlock (or the other way round), fits. I'm
not sure how to give them priests/paladins.
Undead surely can be hunters; they could be paladins the same way BEs
are or even easier seeing they were humans (actually there are undead
deathkights around which could/should have been Palas until DKs were
announced recently). I'm not sure how to give them shaman/druids as most
of them seem to be rather "un-natural".
tauren are certainly also rather down to earth, I'm not sure how to
justify priests, palas or mages. Warlocks would probably rather abhor
them, just as the NEs. I still don't understand what people have against
huge rogues (have you ever seen how large tigers are? have you ever seen
them sneaking around?), but there you go.
Trolls might be a bit too cynical for druids/palas (i.e. cannibalism)
but then again they have priests so should at least be able to feel a
bit like palas or just do it the blood elf way. I certainly can see them
as warlocks.
So pretty much every race could be pretty much anything. At least when
you let the way how bloodelfs are paladins count.

The Blood Elves in Botanica use science to become druids... and get
what's coming to them later (see: Arcatraz). >> Stay informed about: Why can't Blood Elves be warriors? |

There are 2 tribes of trolls friendly towards horde.
The Darkspear, which are the playable trolls. And the Raventusk
trolls found in Hinterlands. >> Stay informed about: Why can't Blood Elves be warriors? |

I never really viewed the BE as being out of control of Botanica, they
seem pretty in control to me. Most of the bosses and mobs are blood
elves.
And the loss of Arcatraz is pretty much due to the 1 blood elf at the
end who has released all the demons. You only fight a total of 7
blood elves in the whole instance, and the 8th BE gets ganked by the
last boss before you can fight him. >> Stay informed about: Why can't Blood Elves be warriors? |

That being said, the player controlled dwarfs are the Ironforge
dwarfs, not the Wildhammer. Wildhammer don't even consider themselves
part of the Alliance (they're not hostile towards alliance chars, but
they are not part of it either).
A simlar situation exists with Trolls. Only a signle tribe of trolls
have joined the Horde. The others are all hostile towards both
factions.

The Blood Eves in Arcatraz were meddling with creatures that the Naaru
had imprisoned for a reason. They lost control and the creatures have
effecitvely taken over the ship. To a same degree, they are losing
control of the Botanica. The Mechanaar and the Eye seem to be the
only temporal ships the BE's have under complete control.
