BladeRunner help, please!

I'm kinda stuck in BladeRunner:

Apparently in order to progress, I must gain access to the subway
area, and in order to do that apparently one must have an altercation
with Dektora in the upstairs editing area (above projector room) in
EarlyQ's nightclub. Problem is, after speaking with Dektora (or V-King
her), she runs away and is never seen again, she does not show up in
the editing room.

I've only seen one bit of the subway: if you speak with Lucy in the
arcade and mention "Crystal" to her, she screams, runs away, the thug
cops arrive and restrain you. Then in an uninterruptible
no-turning-back sequence, Crystal rescues you, you pass through 2 no
choice segments of the subway, back at street level Crystal takes you
back to the arcade, then you have the choice of killing Lucy, letting
her go, or letting Crystal kill Lucy. Then there is a discussion with
Crystal when your spinner isn't where you left it, ending with "...get
crackin' before I change my mind" - then the game dumps to desktop.

Anyone seen these symptoms before???
