I need the big blue cap. in the power supply in the bottom of the cabinet.
I guess it is the power supply. The thing with the transformer on it.
Anyone have one or can tell me where to get one? Thanks Phil

You're welcome - I had to buy one in January for my Centipede. Bob's
caps are closer to black, but they're more reliable!

I found a number (8 - 10 or so) of NOS Blues in my NOS Atari parts
department...hmm, what are they worth though?

John,

Capacitors don't get better with age, the dialectic tends to dry up
even if they sit on a shelf. Those 20+ year-old caps may function
fine, but there is a chance they aren't any more reliable than one on
its last legs in a machine today.

I would say they are almost worthless. You can get new replacements for
around $7-8. So, I would think 20+ year old ones wouldn't be in much
demand.
