The names are similar. You want the warrior trainer in Old Town, not the
weapon trainer in Trade District.

Usually for class quests its the trainers at major cities that give
out the quest, not just any trainer in general. Some class quests
that start from a trainer only start from 1 specific trainer. I
believe the warlock dreadsteed quest only starts from the warlock
trainer in Orgrimmar.

Go find the warrior trainer in SW, that should get you what you need.

BTW, why would you always go to the trainer in Goldshire? At level 30
you should be questing well removed from Elwynn, which means to train
you have to fly back to SW, then run out to Goldshire. Why not just
use the trainer right there in SW?

Couple reasons. Usually I would hearth back to Goldshire to check
mail/fix armo ur/vendor all my trash before I logged out. I liked
Goldshire as kind of a cent al location when I was lower level as
I could get to Westfall/Redridge/Duskwood/ Stormwind. I then got
into the habit of going to the Warrior trainer there behi nd the
blacksmith.

I also found it a bit of a pain to run through SW over to Old Town
SI:7 and all that and after awhil I kind of forgot about the trainer
there. I definitely didn't fly back to SW and run to Goldshire
for training though. That I agree would be pretty foolish.

Thanks all for the replies. I am on that quest now. Jeez could
it send me father away?. I cursed and swore when I saw "Skullsplitter
Trolls" again. Those things have a sucky drop rate by my experience.

I'm doing that on my Horde warrior now. At least with Horde you get about
5-6 different quests with that clan of trolls, so you can collect tusks
while doing all the other quests. With Alliance, I think you just have 1-2
quests out of Booty Bay to go in there.

The Skullsplitters are the clan southeast of Grom'Gol and about 5 levels
higher.

When you go to fight the Cyclonian, bring nature resistance of some kind,
as that's his major source of damage.
