If I want something for a lot less than usual I'll check out auctions.
Ordinarily though I just check the buy it now sales to see if anything
is interesting.

Adventures of Link is really a game that needs to be played for a
while with no interruptions. When I picked it up again in the Gamecube
Collector's edition I got through the first two castles and haven't
picked it up since.

I agree completely. The most interesting episodes for me where the ones
with Worf and the Klingons.

That one actually is bad, Andromeda I think. Crusade had an all new
cast and a seriously awesome premise. Enterprise has Scott Bacula
(Quantum Leap) and that's about it for recognizable actors.

This year it was the writer's strike. For the last ten years it has
been the incessant need to increase earnings year over year that has
driven the mediocrity.

I've never been a fan of the pre-8bit systems unfortunately. I
especially hated the Atari systems...to me, it's just a bit *too* old
school. Wink

Still, kudos to you for getting the emu running. I had the hardest time
getting the Atari 2600 emu running for my girlfriend's DC...

I GUARANTEE that you will love this game. It's just flat out fun. The
cheesy graphics somehow make it more fun.
