So, this Omega Race board I have has no acid damage because the battery
was pulled off at some point during its life. However, I would like to
put a battery back on the board to save scores, etc.

What is the alternative to the AA battery setup? Also, if anyone here
has upgraded the battery setup before I'd love to see some details on
it.
