Sounds like everyone is having a ball at your expense....
Here's what I currently believe..
As a caveat, I reserve the right to be wrong.
The Beech B-58 Baron doesn't have a reverse prop capability.
I've heard of some STC's for prop reversers on some piston
engines, but a diligent search of the web and at the shop show
nothing. At first blush it sounds silly and cost prohibitive -
The thrust bearing surfaces on the Lycoming and Continental engines
I've worked on won't take a significant pushing load (they're
designed to pull, of course), and it would require a different oil
routing at the prop governor. Not impossible, by any means,
but I just can't see spending the dough on what is ultimately
nothing more than a mechanical trinket. STOL kits are much
more rewarding.

The prop limits in the aircraft.cfg file should run from about 14-55 degrees
of travel for the prop. Your aircraft's author got carried away.

Of all the Barons I've messed with IRL, the only backing up they've
ever done was with me pushing. And they weigh a ton.

Dave

Good reply Dave.. am getting Dave Ward, John Ward, and Jay Williams
mixed up. FS_roster http://home.comcast.net/~flightsim/FS_roster.xls
helps out in this case. John is from Australia and was thinking.. is
John a Facility Mechanic? and Jay is down in Pensacola. Dave, you are
at 82J and running ol' pappy's field, yes? Chuckle.. went out of there
with a Delta 722, brakestand, max-pref, max-heat, noise enhancement
takeoff procedure to rattle the walls. Recall that animation!! Smile))
It was re-posted just a week or two.

Now for the Baron CFG file. Here's the default PROP is FS2002

beta_max= 45.0 //Max blade pitch angle, constant speed prop (deg)
beta_min= 15.2 //Min blade pitch angle, constant speed prop (deg)
gear_reduction_ratio= 1.0 //Prop gear reduction ratio
prop_feathering_available= 1 //Prop feathering available?
beta_feather= 82.5 //Feathering pitch angle (deg)
prop_reverse_available= 0 //Prop reverse available 0=FALSE, 1=TRUE
minimum_on_ground_beta= 0.0 //Min pitch angle on ground, (deg)
minimum_reverse_beta= 0.0 //Min pitch angle in reverse, (deg)
