| I forgot how to ban townies and other NPC's in the various vacation places.
I remember that I was once able to click on a pest that would show up at
every commercial vacation place that my Sims did, then select "bab from this
location," but I no longer have that option. Was this killed in a patch?

If you have TJ's visitor controller you click on your own sim, spawn the
controller, configure it for the lot and then either click on it again to
delete it or wait until it dissapears when you leave the lot. The
configuration settings remain active and you don't have to do them again.

The settings stay? I don't have to reset them every visit? Wish I'd known

I think so - but if you want it to interact with elders and teens you still
have to put it on the lot from build mode and save it there.

No, but I imagine they're getting sick of hearing reports of vandalism &
violence. The jerk who used to be directly above me threw someone off the
balcony & later set fire to the bins & letterbox. Thankfully he's gone -
probably running from cops as I discovered that the night of the throwing he
had 4 pounds of drugs in his bedroom! Silly boy actually yelled to a visitor
not to call an ambulance then explained why! I picked up on that part of the
conversation when I transfered the VHS to DVD. Glad he's gone - don't like
the idea of a drug dealer living upstairs >> Stay informed about: Banning stupid townies |

True, very true. I just want to be left in peace when I get home without
having someone wreck the place. Is that so much to ask? Ice users and
alcoholics - sick of 'em. Wish they'd all hurry up and get their darwin

Probably of no relevance to you, but the place next door to me is for sale.
They're asking 320 - 350, but there's a lot of work needs doing and we're on
a main road. Fancy a mortgage and a little suburban farm?

Okay, in the neighbourhood view, press F2 or the "place lot" mode. Now if
you select a community lot or an un-occupied house you can got in and edit
it - Buy & build mode. No cost for anything. >> Stay informed about: Banning stupid townies |

very very tempting, you know. Wonder if I'd qualify for a loan. And what are
bus/train services like out that way for getting to Keswick at 7am?
What I'd like is somewhere small-ish. 2 bedrooms, maybe, with a reasonable
kitchen if possible and definately a laundry! An enclosed backyard to
Christopher is a must. Other than that as long as it's a roof over my head &
I can get to work, I'm happy. $350 is about average for a "well presented"
place down here - not bad for so close to the beach. Though 5 years ago you
would have been looking at half that. >> Stay informed about: Banning stupid townies |

The 542 and the 541 are the 'past the front door' busses here. I don't know
about the time tables that early in the morning. As for the house do a
search for 1224 North East Road, St Agnes. This thing has a fully enclosed
granny flat out the back and 3 bedrooms in the main house. It also has a
closed in back yard. If you are interested I can definately get you into the
yard to perve, but you'd have to contact the Real Estate agent for a look
inside.
Tell me you're coming around and I'll bake you some cookies and show you
around the outside. Show you the mud puddle I call a chook yard too.

That sounds pretty nice actually - you should build it for the Sims. Are
you saying it's rented?
Data - go and live somewhere civilised.

For you, Maxon, I think I would have to offer up the spare room too. It's a
bit far to come just for cookies for you.
