| This morning i was doing daily quests in Isle of Quel´Danas and as a quest reward i got a Badge of Justice. I always thought that you get badges only doing instance runs. Anyway its nice to do quests in Isle nowdays cause theres not so much ganking as it use to be in a beginning.

any of the "Shattered Sun Offensive Supplies" or whatev er they're
called have a (very) small chance of giving you a Badge. Certainly not
often enough for them to be a real benefit if you're trying to collect
badge gear.
It's just another "feels good but ultimately does nothing for you"
thing that Blizz put in to keep the fanboys happy.

It's always a happy surprise to see one! I'm usually on voice chat
with a guildie and I start yelling "woo hoo!" and she knows right away
that I got one, lol. I've had 3 so far, but haven't been diligent with
doing those quests that give you the Shattered Sun Supplies.

You must just have bad luck. I seem to get 1 every 4th or 5th bag
myself. I've even gotten 2 back to back before. More than once those
little supplies bags have made the difference between getting a piece
now or having to wait an extra day to finish out the needed ammount.

Think you must've had *good* luck I probably got 5-6 badges on my
priest going to exalted, have had 2 each on my warlock and shaman, both
now revered, but I can go for up to a week doing all the outland quests
without any badges :-/

Allakhazam lists the chance at 9.9%. I'd say it may even be lower. My
mage is exalted, for some time. Lately i pretty much only do the
quests that are either dead easy or the ones with the supplies for my
enchanter to DE. I have 8 badges total so far from it.

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=35232#contains - can't say it feels like
