I think so.

My dad told me once, son, you must knock on every door to truly know
whether or not a closed door will open. So, as I posted several weeks
ago, I was dissappointed that my 'new' (HUO, 2 year old) TSPP's DMD was
already fading in the corner.

So I contacted the manufacturer, Babcock, directly to voice my
opinions on a two year old part failing while being used in ideal
conditions; seemed a tad too soon to fail to me at least. Well, a
little reasoning , and a little begging, and amazingly they agreed to
allow me to return the DMD and said they would see what they could do.

And frickin' low and behold - two weeks later, Happy Halloween!!! UPS
came today and delivered a package from Babcock. They repaired the
darn thing free of charge - just got done installing it - works
perfectly. Can you believe it?

Matt

Oh, I didn't note this in the previous post. Both Stern and Babcock
only warranty DMD's for 1 year. This one was 2 years and a couple
months old ....hence my surprise they did anything for me.
