I think my game is crashed - I have a few weird one is a space inside a house where you can't place a kitchen island... it spins out of the green area marker and lands half way inside other things... But the worst is a broken sim, sometimes he walks around with his arms..

system crashed nearly lost everything. - Okay, to make a long story short I had to rebuilt my system when it locked up XP. After replacing the MB, CPU and up grading to 2 GIG of ram ended up the video card was failing. (Also if anyone has a Gigabyte AMD 64 - change..

Computer crashed-Living-It-Up-Flamingos - This week I got hit with a virus that slid under my virus protecter and firewall and crashed my computer. I could swear I had my flamingos on a disk but when I put it in my computer it said the disk was blank. If someone has the flamingos from..

More Dogs? - Sorry peeps, if this is a repeat question, I was just wondering if there was any way of adopting or having more then 2 dogs, for some reason that seems to be my limit... Thanks Rob

Turn ons - You know, I wish there were more choices for turn ons and turn offs. It might not be correct, but don't you think there should be a slot for skintone? I mean, really. Maybe you've got a sim who is turned on by Latinos or Asians or blacks..

Try updating your video card driver files and your sound card files and
remove everything from your download folder. Also get any patches that are
available for the game. If the game now works start adding items back into
your down load folder one at a time and try the game. There is a Technical
Support information file to find it go to Start, All programs, EA games, The
SimsT 2 Bon Voyage, Technical Support.

The folowing files must be upgraded or the game will crash or do strange
thinks.
InSIMenator , InTeenimater, and The "CEP" - Color Enable Package.

The userStartup.cheat file is in the My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Config
folder. use Notepad to open and edit this file.

My userStartup.cheat file is listed below

boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false
uintProp maxTotalSims 50
uintProp maxTotalHumans 35
uintProp maxTotalPets 15
alias cffalse "boolProp constrainFloorElevation false" "Constrain Floor
Elevation False" "Contrain Floor Elevation False"
alias cftrue "boolProp constrainFloorElevation true" "Constrain Floor
Elevation true" "Contrain Floor Elevation true"
alias mon "moveObjects on" "Move Objects On" "Move Objects On"
alias mof "moveObjects off" "Move Objects Off" "Move Objects Off"
setHighestAllowedLevel 10
Instead of typig boolProp constrainFloorElevation true I type cftrue for
false I type cffalse for move objects on type mon for off type mof
This is also where you would put any cheats you want to start with the game.
