Missing from Manual? - Hey, all, it's me the newbie again! Got the new games off of eBay, installed SoA and ToB. I really like hitting TAB to see what can be clicked on, that's worth ToB right there! I've got most of the game down, I think. An actual manual would be nice,..

BG2 - Graphics problem - Hi guys, I've just finished a days worth of mod hunting for what I think is my 5th go through. It was a clean install with ToB, the latest official patch, and ToB 112 fix. Mods aren't an issue I know, so I won't go through them here. My..

Any lists of enemies/weaknesses for BG2? - I'm at the beginning (Irenicus prison 2) of the game and already I'm getting pounced by a room of mephits. There are three machines that keep these buggers. I know I gotta get those machines. They seem to magic spells. My main guy..

Publishing History of BG series - Okay, so I'm a late bloomer. I just started BG1 I have the five-disk version simply called Baldur's Gate. I bought it a few years ago, played a bit, liked it, but then life I'm back and I want to play it. It was a blast, as far..

Why does my party turn red? - I am near the beginning of the game (BG1, the original 5-disk version), entering in Nashkel, and on the way down, my turned red. What's up with this and how does this affect gameplay? Montaron kept about wanting to go to Nashkel. ..

What do BG2 and Planescape: Torment have going for them over BG1?

(Serious question)

More personality in party-joinables and, in BG2, a more advanced interface.

Better incorporation of AD&D rules in BG2 than in BG1 (though BG1tutu can
"fix" that). Better all-around character dialogue (IMO) in BG2 than in BG1.

Awesome soundtrack and ambience in P:T. The rules are set up in such a way
that your character can change classes often if you like. Storyline is so
engaging the game ought to be sold as an addictive substance.
