BG minimap

Theres a circle attached to the map that shows the BG stats. It's the
same one that you get when you queue up. Shift-click that to pull up
the BG map.

Assuming no add-ons are interfering you can right click the tab and
there is an option to lock it which is ticked by default. Un-tick it
and you will be able to move it using the tab.

How do you move it?

I've tried all variations of left/right click with shift/alt/ctrl ...
nothing.

Perhaps I have an addon interfering, or perhaps I'm just being
stupid...?
