Next: LOTRO-cancel sub and you lose your characters

Post subject: Thanks to BF2 i now can't play my sims properly anymore -.-

The title says most of it really, but let me give you some more intel
- after changing the graphics settings in BF2 to something i could use
i.e. better textures and the like, i attempt to run TS2 couple days
ago and the graphics settings have changed which i think "How Odd :/"
so i revert them back to what they were. Return to BF2 they have
changed aswell so i change that back also. Yesterday in an attempt to
boot TS2 at the neighbourhood screen with the houses and comm lots,
the terrain is black, some of the houses are a mix of colours and the
menu's at the bottom are garbled. It could be a driver issue as i have
a similar effect in BF2 when changing AA in the Nvidia Control Panel.
Not sure if you need specs so i wont post them but oif you do reply.

That does sound like a driver issue to me. Try updating it, or even
uninstalling and reinstalling it.

I had the latest drivers but netehrtheless i did uninstall and
reinstall - that made it worse [i can no longer see the menu]

Try getting a previous driver. I remember with Sims 1 I had problems
with a newly released driver, rolling back one version did the trick.

restoring sims - i want to put back my characters into my game....how do i get just the sims? i copied the whole ea folder from my documents but i don't want all that stuff just the sims i made. i checked the ea support page and i'm either looking wrong or using the.. |
