BBB4 has ended, with "Ringtone" as the winner.

BBB4 was a fixed-update game, scheduled to run for 25 updates on a 128x80 map.
We had 12 active countries. The technology timeline was a new trial attempt for
an empire game, it wasn't fixed at a set level, yet countries were unable to
make their own tech. Tech for countries incremented at the same rate, so that
all countries were at identical tech's to each other throughout the game. Yet,
old things became obsolete. The game started at tech 40, and with countries
gaining 3% every update, by update 25, they reached tech 83. All
ships/units/planes/nukes were re-scaled to fit within this tech-time-line.
Nukes were available at update #19, and they got better and blastier every
update thereafter. \
