BASE jumping in San Andreas

You can also jump off the tallest building in Los Santos, so I wonder if
that could make the Big Pointy Building into Antenna. There are a couple of
spans (2 of the bridges in SF have parachutes).

There's an antenna SE of the Big Ear that has a parachute on top. I
don't think it's that tall, but it is on a hill.
