I would like a small show of hands of the group here that have the
'ATARI DRIVING CONTROLLER' which is a basic rotery incoder.

The reason I want to know is that I have a game I have been working
on for a couple of years on and off, but it uses the grey coded
rotary codeding instead of the analog rotation.

I am wondering if I should go from my pure idea, and waste the time to
sample analog?

I am interested to know if many other Vec Owners have the old driving
controllers.

-Cecil

does "sample analog" mean that players with just the standard Vectrex
controllers can also play? - if so I raise my hand too!
What's the game you are working on?

i have one. please put me down for a copy of your game!

anyone who has Spinnerama should have a driving controller. i forget
if Chris was selling them along with the cart or not.

i am sure most vec fans here would buy the game and track one down if
they didn't have one already

I have a few. I explored some game concepts. What's probably more
significant is when I wanted to source them they were cheap and
plentiful on ebay. "Indy 500" was a good way to get hold of them.

I've got one, or two. Buried somewhere right now, but ready for a
new game at some point. Smile

I have a few of them as well. Indy 500 is a fun game when you have a
few friends around.
