I know there is armor for pets like dogs and horses.
But are there or could there be weapons for them too?
Like iron claws or steel fangs for pets and/or familiars to add some
Damage to the base attack.

Or am I just kidding myself?

Draconomicon has rules for both tooth and claw enhancers, basically
magical metal braces that are worn over the teeth or claws and double
the threat range. I wouldn't let dumb beasts use them effectively,
though, at least not without specialized training.

It probably wouldn't add a great deal extra, but I don't see why not.
