AoM senario downloads, can't play

I keep downloading more of peoples home made senarios and campeigns ( hopeing
to get some use out of a mostly worthess game i beat the only included
cameign in first couple of days) both of the ones I haven't deleted yet have
great internet reviews and i would like to try them. I am vey disapointed and
would realy like to know why i can't use this worthless POS. Please help me
as there is no money back garantee on satisfaction. If I could talk to the
jerks who made it without paying more than the shelf price of this game I
would tell them I'm never buying another POS game from them!!! Please e-mail
