Here is the situation. I pre-ordered but decided to go buy a copy and get it installed. I did not realize the war mammoth etc.
would be obtained only by using the serial number.
So, I have a normal copy installed with characters I have played and a pre-order sitting unopened.
I am willing to eat the cost of one game if I can somehow use the serial number, whatever, so I gain access to the war mammoth and
any other extras on my current account.
Any tips? >> Stay informed about: AoC-Switch Accounts? |

Sounds like an issue for customer service... New online games (and new
modules for online games) run into all sorts of account screwups early
on, then they tend to get the wording and proper warnings about what you
should do and not do fixed up with experience. I remember that City of
Heroes/Villains went through a ton of issues with people adding serial
numbers and not using the little "upgrade" area that was not readily
apparent to many. They had a lot of customer service work getting
accounts all straightened out for months.
So, contact customer service, let them know what happened, find out what
your options are. It's the only way you'll get what you want on an
account that already exists, otherwise you'll just have to start over,
probably.

Got it. Just had to upgrade my account on website. Used special key so still have 1 unopened game with normal key to sell or give
to bud.
