Hi there,

I have uploaded PCC 1.1.16. It adds quite a number of new and improved
things.

- Scanner starchart and ship scan learned a few new keys: you can invoke
the visual scanner or planet scanner (L, F5) from the navigation
chart, and you can invoke the hull function list or ship weapon
effects screen from the ship build screen (F1, W); the latter giving
more precise computations than before. Cargo history (C) from visual
scanner gives more information, and there is a cargo summary (Ctrl-C).

- The scripting language learned a few new commands and properties. The
game should now be fully scriptable.

- Ship history and prediction had some bugs fixed and learned some more
info bits.

- The message filter can now distinguish between scanning and sweeping
of minefields.
