Specifically, a Cessna 210, and a Lockheed Jetstar. Is there such a
thing, and if so where might I either buy it or download it?

Jim, log into either Flightsim.com or avsim.com and do a search for any
aircraft you're looking for. Registering on the sites is free, by the way.
