| It was suggested that I go do First Aid training. I went from L1 to
L300 over the past couple of hours. After I have learned Thick
Neverwave Bandage from Dr. Vanhowzen and reached L300, is that all
there is or is there something else to learn?

You can continue to 375 by getting Master First Aid - Doctor in the
House Manual <http://www.wowwiki.com/Master_First_Aid_-
_Doctor_in_the_House>, and then learn Netherweave Bandage at 330
<http://www.wowwiki.com/Manual:_Netherweave_Bandage>, and then Heavy
Netherweave Bandage at 360 <http://www.wowwiki.com/
Manual:_Heavy_Netherweave_Bandage> even if you don't have TBC as the
manuals can be bought from their repective venders and sold on the
AH.
Note that if you don't have TBC expansion the Netherweave Bandage
manuals are only useful if you buy Netherweave off the AH as it does
not drop anywhere in the 'old world'. >> Stay informed about: First Aid Training |

Netherweave drops off the mobs around Karazhan in Deadwind Pass. Of
course, most of them are levels 68-70.

Well, Heavy Netherweave requires 360 First Aid, so I assume you mean 375
when you write 300.
There is also a rare world drop "Manual: Strong Anti-Venom" and if you are
Honored with Argent Dawn you can get "Powerful Anti-Venom" recipe. Powerful
Anti-venom is stronger than Strong Anti-Venom, therefore that Manual is
really not necessary but only if you are a perfectionist
But the manual at the AH is your best bet as the drop-rate is low.

Actually it does, drops off the lvl 68-70 ghosts outside Karazhan. Of
course you also need at least 3-4 lvl 60s to take them down if you don't
have the expansion... I remember a group of us having fun with them before
TBC came out, we died a lot when we got adds, but got a bit of netherweave
between us

If you don't have TBC, you can't raise your skill past 300 - or your level
past 60. >> Stay informed about: First Aid Training |

You can raise it above 300 without needing TBC. All you need is the
book. >> Stay informed about: First Aid Training |

Secondary skills only, IIRC. Cooking, First aid, and not sure about fishing.
No other skills can top 300 w/o TBC. >> Stay informed about: First Aid Training |
