Account transfer EU -> US - Hi, Anyone know if it is possible to transfer my account from EU to US? I am from New York but have been living in Europe for several years because of my job. I am now moving back and am wondering if it will be possible to transfer to a US server? The

I sell an account on a pvp server with a
*full epic warlock female (pinky haired!!!) gnome (full T1 3 pieces
tier2 and 2 other very good pieces form bwl Cabalist Shoulder and Ebony
Flame Gloves)
*60 druid (with blu equip and Blue dragon card trinket (mana regen))
*several other pg: paladin near 50 (don't remember since time passed
from the last logon), warrior near 40, and others minor characters.
You can do an offer or ask a question directly to me. (don't play for a
month don't have neither wow installed at the moment but if needed i can
put it on other time to give u more precise information on
account/character) Can send original package with CDs if requested (with
a charge for shipping).

whatsever blizzy says they can't denies a what is a national right. Even

It has nothing to do with whether it's legal. Of course it's legal. The
United States Congress does not care if people sell their WoW accounts.
Police will not show up at your doorstep and arrest you.
Blizzard, on the other hand, does care. It's against the terms of the
game, and as such, Blizzard has the right to terminate your access.

And here you are wrong, nothing other than a signed piece of paper is
considered a valid contract in my country. So no eula nor
web-click-i-accept are considered valid contract between me and
blizzard. And it's not sure at all blizzard has the right to terminate
my account (beside no-one sane would go on trial for a banned account,
and so the mistery will remain there).
So responding here to the other post. If u don't like this sort of post

That's what everyone is saying. It is against the Terms and Conditions, is
therefore a breach of contract, and Blizzard is allowed to close the
account.

Blizzard can and do close traded accounts all the time. Generally speaking
it *makes* them money when the person who bought the account then has to go
and buy another copy of the boxed game and start all over again.

You miss the point. Anyone that buys your account is taking the risk that
Blizard will ban the account because it was sold. They are also risking the
possibility that *you* might decide to take your account back by telling
Blizzard it was stolen.
Oh, and you seem to believe that people will actually care if you killfile
them... I can assure you that nothing is further from the truth. In fact,
killfiling them only enables them to continue responding to your posts
without concern whether you can see their posts or not (but everyone else
can:).

It's not illegal, but it's againt the terms of agreement you signed when
you set up the account. You or the sucker you sell the account to can and
will lose it for violating those terms, and national law has zippo to do
with it.
Besides that, most here on the newsgroup don't want to hear about it - this
is not your trading post for character trading. *

You probably didn't intend to, but you just said that Blizzard can
terminate your account whenever they wish. After all, they didn't sign
a piece of paper with you stating you can play on their servers.
