Yes. Usually it's eay to donate salvage less so to get ti back off the
shelves.

Yah, you have to have base editing privs to place items. There is,
unfortunately, no hierarchy to it; you can't grant minor decoration privs
without granting major-destruction privs.

I have all the veteran rewards through 33 months - so if you have a
request, toss it my way. I have some of the stuff in the SG base.

The vet rewards use no salvage.

When entering your base, after claiming the vet base reward, look for a
small pop-up on your screen that says something like "Place Personal Item"

Base Editting permissions only affect the removal of items placed by others
in this fashion.

One other caveat: If you do not have permission to pay base rent, you may
not have permission to place personal items. This was a bug back in CoV
beta, and I think it was never seen as one.

I've been the base architech on both sides (Villain and Hero) since bases
came about. And I use the 36 Million Prestige they gave out on test a while
back to test base designs.

Yep, I have graciously opened the salvage racks to input for all.

I hope to be able to set take privileges for the next level of promotion as
soon as we get more base built.
