Hey Quackos, is Bill the duck in Animal Crossing DS? I don't have the game yet, and really don't want to play if Bill is not there. In fact, if he is in it, how would I make sure he's a resident? Just keep destroying the new town until he's there? Or is there a code/card etc that would bring my favorite buddy to town?
