Area 51 Site 4 won't run Help!!!!

I'm running mame32 v 0.106. I put the chd file in the roms folder
inside its own folder called a51site4. Everytime I try to audit the
game it says 'a51site4: a51site4 NOT FOUND

MD5(be0dd1a6f0bba175c25da3d056fa426d)'

Why is it that all my other chd games work but this one is a problem.

1) be sure you got the (correct) a51site4 chd
2) be sure you store chds correctly (rompath\setname\chdfile)
3) run chdman -verify a51site4.chd (from the correct path) to test the
integrity of the chd.
