Yes, depending on the situation there is a "probability cone" where the
bullet has a random trajectory within the cone.

You go prone, and the cone is smaller.

Stand up and jump, and the cone is bigger for a bit.

Different weapons have different cones.

Note, that characteristic is independent of the bullet drop, which is a
separate physical modeling algorithm applied in the game engine. They are
both present, and to play well, you need to be aware of and understand how
to manipulate both of them.
