.50 cal sniper rifle in BF2 Big Deal

So I got my unlock and chose the .50cal sniper rifle, thinking It would be
like the .50 cal in DC or real life- Wrong! I hit troops in the
back -front-side, no kill. What a waste of choices. Headshots work of
course, but I can't tell the difference between the .50 and the regular
rifle firepower wise. I don't care if you are alla dressed in body armor -
if you are hit by a .50 cal round anywhere on your body torso you are DEAD
Dead dead. A .50 round in the transmission of a heli will ruin your day
also. C'mon EA get real. or at least somewhere near real. You don't want
these young men and women going off to war with visions of grandure do you?
