We have some PC sheets, we have a bunch of monsters (I've seen them
posted to EN World, I might post links or perhaps the stat blocks
themselves here if people are interested), we have the minis rules as an
approximation of the general rules.

How's going to be trying out some 4E combats in the coming days? I know
I'd like to, for all my recent complaining about paladins and clerics.

It sounds like a good idea, but I think I will be too busy at mo; and
since I need to learn 4E for GenCon I don't really want to start messing
with it until I've got more concrete rules to memorize. Time will be
short between the release and the event.

Still, if you do post something, I'd be happy to comment on it.

Since other people did the job for me:

http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=220479

This has two fan-made adventures and a compilation of monsters that
we've seen.

I hope to run one of the adventures tomorrow.

Two of our players are unavailable for our next session so our GM is
offering to do a trial run of 4E based on tidbits available so far. I am
one of the people who can't make it but that's okay. I'd rather not even
try to play until I have the rulebook in hand.

I remain firmly entrenched in the "wait and see" camp. I read things
that don't appeal very much and I read things that seem interesting.
Then I keep stepping back and reminding myself not to judge the game
based on rumour, heresay, and the occasional snippet.

I started a campaign based on what we "knew" of 3.5 before it came
out. It was a bit of a mess when 3.5 actually came out and a lot of
what we "knew" was totally wrong. Strangely though it was my favorite
campaign I've run in 3.x...

My shackled city campaign is nearing it's end, only two modules left
to go... We've been having some scheduling problems though. I'm
pretty sure it won't be finished before 4e comes out, but probably
shortly after. So I'll be starting 4e soon after it comes out. I'll
be sure to give my impressions then.
