I just got the game yesterday and had some questions. The answers may
be obvious; I'm just new to the game (and its predecessors):
1) When in 3rd person view, is there a way to swing the view around so
you can see your character from the front? I'd like to see my
character while fighting or in the context of the setting, not just
from the back all the time (other than in Journal view of course).
Otherwise, what's the point in spending time customizing your
character?
2) Is there a way to make the controls go away so you can take a clean
screenshot?
3) How do you buy a horse? I went to the stables outside of town but
none of the NPCs had an option to purchase (or is that dependant of how
much gold you have on you at the time)?
Thanks! >> Stay informed about: Questions: 3rd Person View, Screenshot and Horses |

In Morrowind, there was console command, TM, that would hide them menus.
See if that works. If not, try typing help in the console, there may be
something similar.

Heh, that should be "the" menus. I don't really talk like a hick.

That's exactly I didn't customize my character at all LOL, I play in
1st person so why bother. >> Stay informed about: Questions: 3rd Person View, Screenshot and Horses |

hold down the button that changes the view and swing your mouse around. >> Stay informed about: Questions: 3rd Person View, Screenshot and Horses |
