MAME32 / Windows Problem

Hi folks,

Last time I opened MAME32, I think I accidentally hit something in one
of the title bar fields. Now the title bar no longer appears. Any hints
on how to get it back without reloading?

I am running it on Windows XP.

Thank you!! I knew that it was something simple, but this fix had
slipped my mind.
