25" Hantarex Polo Monitor Tech

Hello,

I'm working on a Hantarex Polo that I can't get the screen to adjust
the whole way down. There is about an 3/4 inch area between the edge
of the monitor that I can't get the image to display on. If I
increase the size of the image I can get the picture to that area but
it is then too tall and the top is cut off. The montior has had all
electrolytics caps replaced and a new flyback. Anyone have any
suggestions?
