Uru, Expansion: Need help with powerplant - possible spoil..

We are in the Uru expansion pack at hydro power plant approached via
the monorail car. We can drain all but one of the turbine water pools.
Please answer the following questions with either "yes", "no",
"difficult to answer with a yes/no" or "don't know" only!

Q1. Do we need to drain all of the turbine water pools? yes/no

Q2. If Q1 is "yes", then do we drain the pool via the main control room
with the interactive map of the power plant? yes/no

Q3. Are the four scopes used with the pellets/capsules? yes/no

Q4. Are the timers in the four scopes needed for proper operation/use
of the large pellets/capsules? yes/no
